Helpdesk technician
The technician or helpdesk technician provides assistance to users of his company’s IT infrastructure. In the company, he / she is a solver for users blocked by technical problems on their computer hardware and their daily software tools. In the troubleshooting phase, he/she generally intervenes alone, often following a diagnosis carried out by him/her or by a specialized technician (hotliner).
Administrator of secure DevOps infrastructures
The administrator of secure infrastructures takes care of the IT infrastructures for which he ensures the installation, configuration, security, and maintenance in operational conditions and in security conditions.
Computer support technician
From assistance to users, through the commissioning of digital equipment, the computer assistance technician intervenes on the elements of the infrastructure.
In the company, he/she is the microcomputer expert, the solver for users blocked by technical problems with their computer hardware and their daily software tools. It is he/she who carries out the initial installation of the hardware (workstation, applications, peripherals and telephone), and subsequently the installation of any updates.
Systems and Networks Senior Technician
From assistance to users, through the management of computer equipment, the senior systems and network technician installs and maintains the equipment as well as the network and provides computer support.
The senior systems and network technician participates in the commissioning and maintenance in operational condition of the IT infrastructure.
