The Cybersecurity Workplace Evolves as Staff Shortages Grow

The (ISC)² Cybersecurity Workforce Study is conducted annually to assess the size of the current cybersecurity workforce as well as the existing talent shortage. This year, we spoke to a record 11,779 cybersecurity professionals worldwide. (ISC)² report provides insights into the challenges and opportunities they face, including a global cybersecurity workforce gap of 3.4 million people, and fresh perspectives about hiring, corporate culture, job satisfaction, career pathways, professional development and the future of cybersecurity work.
